Sabersim is a comprehensive AI-based platform for building winning Daily Fantasy Sports lineups. The startup was rapidly growing but had an outdated platform design with many UX drawbacks. Their CEO, Andy Baldacci, asked me to improve the user experience and refresh the UI. I reimagined the entire app (150+ screens), added new features, designed a mobile version from scratch, and created a comprehensive design system for developers. The users' feedback on the updated platform was fantastic. Since the v2 launch, Sabersim raised all plan prices by 100%+.
