Lucid is an analytics SaaS tool that helps brands collaborate with sports organizations for marketing. They came to me with an alpha version designed by their devs which was pretty rough. I turned it into an intuitive, user-friendly app with a bold, sporty look, and added a few extra features along the way. Their launch went really well, they attracted big names like Binance and Barilla shortly after, and have been growing ever since for the past 3 years.
